No special preparation is required. Simply join the workshop from a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Since we will be practicing breathwork, it helps if the environment is calm and distraction-free. Keep a notebook and pen handy to jot down key learnings, reflections, or any questions that come up during the session.
A yoga mat is not required. All practices will be done in a seated position, and you can comfortably follow along from a chair. If you prefer, you may sit on the floor with a cushion or mat, but it’s completely optional.
The workshop itself is self-contained and valuable on its own. However, if you feel inspired to deepen your practice and continue your learning journey, Mani Sir will share details of advanced or extended courses that you can choose to enroll in. Participation in these is entirely optional.
